Support Groups

Facilitated by Caregiver Resource Center Staff

Support groups provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in which caregivers can talk openly with each other about their issues and concerns. We combine the benefits of mutual support with educational materials that are designed to enhance your coping skills as a caregiver. Some of the topics may include: preventing burnout, stress reduction, reducing feelings of guilt and frustration, and coping with role reversal.
