    This class is designed to be helpful in practical ways to reduce caregiver stress and strain both mentally and physically. This class will cover topics including proper lifting, avoiding injury, assisting with transfers, safety using assistive devices, home safety, changing someone who is bed bound.

    This workshop is designed for participants to paint abstractly expressing your feelings. It’s a great way to let go and be present with whatever you are going through in the present moment. You will be encouraged to create abstractly using color and acrylic painting as the vehicle for expression.
